book of the month
imagefilealt Each month we feature one of our books and offer it at a reduced price.
This month in the lead up to Christmas we have chosen Sam's sack from Santa. Sam was hoping for a kite for Christmas. He can’t believe his luck when he opens a stray sack that has landed in his garden to find the perfect box kite. But the sack is not meant for him! This is an intriguing story about right and wrong and the true spirit of Christmas. Beautifully illustrated by Gabriella Buckingham it would make the perfect Christmas gift. new books coming soon
news elephant trunk Neil's latest book, Albert's tuneful trunk will be available in the new year. It's the story of a baby elephant, who chooses not to listen to the advice of his mum and dad and consequently finds himself in a bit of a twist. (Well his trunk to be precise!) When the other elephants laugh at him, he lets out a blast that will change life in the jungle forever. A terrific tale, that curls its way to a triumphant ending! The book comes with a CD-ROM which contains audio of the story, specially composed music to dance to and fun activities to print off.

news madame book Also, coming in the new year is a french version of Mrs Rainbow - Madame Arc-en-Ciel. We have simplified the english version to produce a book that we hope will encourage the speaking of a new language, with confidence. Also, available in french are Itchy Bear (L'Ours qui se grattait) and Did you see them too? (Je vois des bêtes partout!)

Story about a Shark
Shaun Shy Shark News Story Read about Shaun, who unlike other sharks that patrol the murky seas terrifying everyone, is rather shy!
So shy that the sight of a jellyfish makes him wobble, and even a shrimp is known to scare him. But it is his secret wish, that eventually sends Shaun to a new world in a shipwreck at the bottom of the seabed.
A dazzling tale from the depths, of ‘following a dream’ and ‘being different’.
